Lee. Several of the leading members of colonial America and the Revolution had their homes here including Charles Lee.

Nothing beats our Oysterfests held through out the year by many different organizations featuring oysters, of course, raw, roasted, fried, smoked, steamed, in fritters or in a stew. Fine wine to compliment that meal may be acquired from the region’s various vineyards, which offer many wine tasting and other activities during the year.
